Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We only offer Standard Ground Shipping with 1 to 7 business days delivery from San Diego.

FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more.

$9.99 flat rate for orders under $50.

We do not ship outside of U.S. at this time.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Speak@CALI-Strong.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout. All orders are tracked — you'll get a link as soon as your package ships.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery — items must be unused and in original packaging. Skateboards that have been ridden are non-returnable. Start your return at the Help page.

It depends on your style. Street skating — go 7.5" to 8.0". Vert and park — 8.0" to 8.5". Cruising and longboarding — 8.5" and up. Not sure? Check our size guide or hit us up directly.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by country — usually 7–14 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your location and are the buyer's responsibility.
